In light of recent world events surrounding the virus, I am reminded of the words of Moses in Psalms 91. It is a word of encouragement of God's protection and rescue from any dangers that come our way.
As we are all dealing with the various trials and tribulations of the CoronaVirus worldwide, my aim is to encourage, empower and exalt us all to walk in faith and not in fear.
Remember "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7. We should be safe, prudent and vigilant but not fear anything that comes against us.
Rejoice that "NO EVIL will befall you, nor will any plague come near...He has given his angels charge over you." Psalms 91:10-11
I recognize these are scary times but do not allow fear to dictate. Allow your faith to control you. Faith is so much bigger. Faith and Fear cannot operate in the same atmosphere.
Eternal God, Our Father, I seek Your face on behalf of us all. We thank You for Your word that provides not only comfort but protection and security from all hurt, harm and danger. We shall not fear but walk boldly in faith trusting You to do what You said You would do. Lord, thank You for Your angels of protection that You've given charge over us. Lord, continue to be a hedge of protection that no weapon formed prospers. Thanks for loving us as we love You. In the mighty matchless name of Jesus I humbly pray. Amen.
